In this session, we will look the opportunities for women in construction and identify the obstacles and challenges they face. Data will identify the numbers and confirm that women are the largest available talent pool. We will focus on tools and implementable ideas for increasing the female population in the industry with examples and data to support looking in different places and with different approaches.
