Josh Ruiters has had a unique career path, he started working in the field of concrete cutting during university. He moved into the operations side of the business after graduating. He left the construction industry in 2010 and for over 10 years he worked for some of Canada’s largest banks, insurers and consulting firms. His focus was on Human Capital management, Employee Benefits and retirement programs. Josh returned to the construction industry in 2022 and has been using his unusual career experience to help fuel the growth at Hi-Tech Concrete Cutting.
