With 20 years of safety & industrial experience, Andrea Martin is a Fall Protection industry expert and advocate for women in the skilled trades. She was named one of the 2022 Top Women in Safety by Canadian Occupational Safety and was featured in 3M’s docuseries “SKILLED” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023. She’s also been a panelist at the Skills Ontario Young Women’s Conference and has spoken at various internal Women’s Leadership Forums meetings on overcoming gender bias and advocacy. She is a trailblazer and strong female presence in a male-dominated industry.
