Phil Matisak is the Product Manager for Master Builders Solutions, where he oversees Sustainability and Environmental Product Declaration Services. Phil is a member of the ASCC and the PCI Sustainability Committees and speaks across North America on the importance of EPDs in the concrete industry. Prior to working for Master Builders, Phil spent much of his career in the coatings industry. Phil is a graduate of Cleveland State University and holds an MBA from Kent State University.

Marc M. Rached, PhD, P.E., Senior Structural Engineer, Master Builders Solutions
Dr. Marc M. Rached is a Senior Structural Engineer at Master Builders Solutions, where he serves as a technical resource to design professionals and end-users of the company's products and specialty concrete technologies. Prior to joining Master Builders Solutions, he worked as an engineer at the American Concrete Institute and Ghafari Associates. Dr. Rached holds an MS and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a licensed professional civil engineer and a member of the American Concrete Institute, actively involved in several ACI committees, including ACI 544, Fiber Reinforced Concrete.
