This session challenges outdated workplace culture, showing why it’s no longer an afterthought. Jonathan explores the evolving power of presence and how to attract, retain, and collaborate with the right people. You’ll also learn how language shapes reality and how to use simple words to create a more positive, productive work environment. This session deconstructs the way it’s always been done and illuminates how the power of presence and how it has evolved.
