Graduate University of Delaware with a degree in Engineering Technology and Technical management. In his current position he focuses his attention on the mitigation of thermal and shrinkage cracking in concrete. Currently Jim is a voting member of ACI committee 212, Chemical Admixtures, and ACI committee 242, Alternative Cements. Additionally, he also participates in committee 506, Shotcrete and committee 223, Shrinkage Compensating Concrete.
