In this session you’ll learn the three keywords that build trust among leaders and how to differentiate between connection and correction. Leaning into a PEOPLE FIRST APPROACH – Jonathan will show you how taking action can cure mistrust and guide you in creating a trust-based team culture; regardless of age, race, gender or generational gaps. Jonathan teaches the key difference between arrogance and confidence, guiding you to become an ethical leader who sets boundaries and expectations. Whether it be personally or professionally, this session will leave you touched, moved and inspired- supporting you to be cause in the matter of building trust and achieving things that were previously thought to be impossible.
