Description

This session will:

  1. Share insights OGCA’s Pathways to ICI Team gathered through industry surveys, focus groups and 1:1 interviews;
  2. Introduce and discuss the concept of “Make Space”; and
  3. Have an open dialogue around an uncomfortable subject matter – reflecting, identifying and challenging how our biases can either help or hinder an individual’s career progression.
    Asking ourselves why we “Make Space” for some and not for others.
  4. Practice a simple action that you can start doing at work to see immediate impact.

“Because change starts where uncomfortable begins.” Please join the uncomfortable conversation to help push change forward.

The Pathways to ICI initiatives are made possible with funding from the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD).
