Duration: 50 minutes
Location: Room B
Registration: $50 plus hst

Description

A follow up to the 2024 presentation on Fiber Reinforced Concrete, this program will update the attendees on new applications and use of FRC, beneficial impacts on sustainability, current state of the art with engineering calculations, codes and testing standards and discuss limitations and practical issues in the field. More examples across North America and beyond, including the Fiber Reinforced Concrete Association’s “Innovative Fiber Project of the Year” will showcase that FRC works and will help concrete be more durable, economical, easier to place and lower the environmental footprint of construction.
