Francis Mongeon is Director of Business Development at SIMCO Technologies, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and concrete industry. Starting as a Project Engineer, he built strong technical expertise before moving into commercial roles with Master Builders Solutions and WhiteCap Canada, With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Francis is recognized for his transformational leadership, strategic vision, collaborative approach and ability to inspire innovation that drives meaningful change.
Vincent Lapointe
Vincent Lapointe, Director – Business Development (Eastern Canada & Eastern USA), SIMCO Technologies
Vincent Lapointe holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Laval University, where his research focused on chloride-induced corrosion in concrete. Since joining SIMCO Technologies in 2005, he has gained extensive expertise in condition assessment and service-life prediction of concrete structures. As Director of Business Development, he leads initiatives across Eastern Canada and the Northeastern U.S. An active member of ICRI, ACI, and ASTM, he has served as president of his local ACI chapter and past chair of ICRI Committee 160 on Life Cycle and Sustainability.
