Learn about what post tensioned concrete is, and engage in a basic discussion about it. We will explain the use of post tensioning (high strength material) in beams/girders/transfer slabs in the Toronto Market. Then the presentation will show the integration of rebar and post tensioning detailing / placement. Finally we will review the advantages or post tensioned concrete, and show a number of interesting projects.
